Our whiskies
Our Single Malts have some common values: they are harvested, brewed, distilled and aged in France.
Each expression underlines the vision of the aromatic notes that Adrien wants to showcase. He achieves that by working closely with local farmers, through his skill as a distiller and by his mastery over the choice of barrels used for ageing.

Aging in French oak casks that once held very old Cognacs. Subtle notes of wood, grain, vanilla, dried fruits, and tobacco.
PNDC 9920-7
Aging in casks that previously held Cognac, then in casks that contained Pineau des Charentes. Notes of undergrowth, grain, red fruits, and candied fruits.
STRN 9920-4
Aging in casks that previously held very old Cognacs, then in casks that contained Sauternes wine. Aromas of honey, yellow fruits, and delicate woody and smoky notes.
DMGR 9918-11
Aging in French oak casks that previously held, among others, Cognac and fine Bordeaux wines. Expressive notes of red fruits and candied grapes, enhanced by a subtle smoky touch. Numbered limited edition.
STEM 9920-2
Aging in French oak casks that previously held very old Cognacs, then in casks that contained Saint-Émilion Grands Crus. Indulgent notes of candied red fruits, elevated by delicate smoky and woody nuances.
TORB 9121-1
Aging first in heavily charred new American oak casks, then in French oak casks that previously held very old Cognacs. Lightly peated, with notes of fig leaves, licorice, and vanilla.

PNDC Single Cask
Aged for 2 years in Cognac casks, then 2 years in white Pineau des Charentes casks made from the ancient Folle Blanche grape variety. Bright notes of yellow fruits, white flowers, candied fruits, and a subtle woody touch. Numbered limited edition.

After 3 years of aging in oak casks that previously held Cognac, this whisky was matured for 8 months in glass globes exposed to the light of 8 full moons. LUNR stands out for its heightened aromatic complexity, with deep notes of licorice and intense spices intertwining with the grain. Numbered limited edition.

LMBR is our benchmark expression. It underlines our desire to outline a whisky of elegant complexity. Adrien sought out subtle notes of wood, grain, vanilla, dried fruit and tobacco. He achieved them by selecting an old-fashioned barley, through a traditional distillation.
